ONCORE Construction

March 24, 2007 marks ten years from that fateful day when Bob MacDaniels and Bob Petrie opened the doors to their and our futures. Starting their own concrete company with a mere 5 employees, 10 years later the fledgling concrete construction company emerged as one of the largest concrete construction, restoration, and repair companies in the Baltimore/Washington area. Today, ONCORE runs on the ingenuity, skill and grace of more than 500 men and women. Since 1997, ONCORE has put in place over $497.71 million in concrete work. Many of our employees have risen through the ranks from laborers to foremen, engineers to superintendents, truck drivers to managers. ONCORE's low turnover rate has helped it gain the trust and respect of our employees. Over the years the family has grown significantly, though ONCORE's hunger for success and our standards for excellence are the very same that have allowed this company to thrive from the very beginning. Below are some of the "family" portraits taken over the years of our management and office staff for our annual Holiday greeting cards.

	In the begining there were 5. A small office staff surounds our working class heroes.
	1998 marks our formative years. We're young, we're hungry, and we're ready to take the concrete world by storm.
	1999 saw a large expansion of the family. ONCORE's starting to show signs of the concrete giant that is to come. 1999 is also the year that spawned the tradition of the green jacket. In some circles this green jacket is coveted more than Tiger's. From this year through today, ONCORE gives each of its senior staff and office members the coveted green jacket just before the new year.
	2000. ONCORE's growing still. We've seen the past, we're prepared for the future and we're receiving demands for ONCORES!
	2001 our staff is still growing and now so is our fleet! Notice the ONCORE trucks alongside the family.
	2002. Stairs? Who needs to stand on stairs when the fleet now possess a roll-off delivery truck!?!
	2003. The crew is still going strong and the fleet can now fly!!! Say hello to ONCORE's first truck crane and BobMac's personal favorite fleet vehicle.
	2005. We can't even fit outselves inside anymore! The roll off is still with us and still working hard. Isn't there something beautiful about seeing green on white.
	In 2006 the camera's having trouble even keeping us all in one frame! In other news, 2006 was the first year of the ONCORE hoodie. It's rugged, it's green and it's only worn by the best men and women in the business.
	2007. The crew is bigger, the truck is new, the fleet has multiple truck cranes, roll offs and our latest edition to our roll off fleet has a collapsible boom lift. Now the fleet also has an army of Chevy 1500's and Equinoxes. 10 years later, we still wear the green, we have almost an ONCORE per year and the camera's still moving further out to keep us all in.
	Well, 2008 is upon us and we're still moving the camera back each year. 11 Years strong and still the benchmark for the industry's safety and meeting schedules, ONCORE's Green Machine is showing no sign of slowing down. 2008 is shaping up to be our biggest year ever!
